We build a rock-solid base of financial health before the cameras roll. This phase is all about organization and compliance—cleaning up the past and setting up the systems that ensure your books are tax-ready from day one.


DIAGNOSTIC — $150

Before we overhaul your system, we need to find the air gaps. We perform a deep-dive assessment of your current books. You’ll get a clear report on what needs fixing and a fixed-price quote to get it done.

BONUS: If you decide to move forward with the Cleanup, this $150 fee is applied directly as a credit to your first bill from us.

CLEANUP / CATCH-UP — $800 /month of data

GET YOUR BOOKS "SHOW READY"
If your books are currently like a messy patchbay, this is your reset. I’ll dive into your historical data to clear the noise, reconcile past expenses, and correctly categorize those gear purchases you’ve been sitting on. We’ll scrub the data until you have a clean signal for tax season and your CPA.

ONBOARDING — $350

SYSTEM SETUP & WORKFLOW
A fixed-fee integration to build your permanent financial rig. I’ll set up your software —we use Xero Accounting— and map your banking feeds into a streamlined, mobile-friendly workflow. No more wondering where a receipt goes—we build the routing so the signal flows exactly where it needs to be.

The Result: A professional accounting environment built specifically for the way you work on the road.

INVOICING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: Full Service — $150 /month

Full-service invoicing and collections. We manage the entire signal path of your income to ensure you get paid on time, every time.
