1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The content hosted on this Site is for general informational purposes only. Backstage Bookkeeper provides specialized financial infrastructure and bookkeeping services; we do not provide Certified Public Accounting (CPA), formal tax preparation, or legal advice.

  • No Service Relationship: Use of this Site, including the transmission of a "Signal" via our contact form, does not establish a formal professional-client relationship. Such a relationship is only initiated upon the execution of a signed Service Agreement.
  • External Consultation: High-level financial decisions or tax strategies should always be verified by a qualified tax professional or attorney. We coordinate with your existing tax team to ensure data accuracy, but we do not replace their specialized counsel.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "Backstage Bookkeeper" name, the stencil-style logo, the "Black Box" aesthetic, and all original content (the "Technical Credits") are the exclusive property of MISTRNICK LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or "remix" our branding or website copy for commercial use without express written consent from MISTRNICK LLC.

4. USER CONDUCT & CONTACT SUBMISSION

When using our contact form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Site to transmit spam, viruses, or malicious "noise".
  • Attempting to breach the Site’s technical security infrastructure.
  • Impersonating other production professionals or entities.
